After 30 years of success with multiple locations in north metro Atlanta, family-owned Italian eatery, Alessio’s Restaurant & Pizzeria, has announced that they are expanding the business to offer franchise opportunities.
This opens a new chapter of growth for the locally loved restaurant that currently serves the communities of Johns Creek, Roswell and Cumming.
Siblings Mike Patota and Meribeth Locke founded Alessio’s and have built a loyal following over the past three decades through commitment to authentic New York-style pizza, rustic Italian cuisine and a welcoming family atmosphere rooted in Southern hospitality.
Their first location opened in Roswell. That success led to a second spot in Suwanee in 2005, which then relocated to the current Johns Creek location in 2013. The Cumming restaurant opened in 2011.
New communities, same values
With one of Alessio’s busiest locations located here in Johns Creek, the expansion marks an exciting milestone for a homegrown North Atlanta brand that has become a staple in the community.
“We’ve always believed that great food and genuine hospitality bring people together,” said Patota. “As we look toward franchising, we’re excited to share the Alessio’s experience with new communities while staying true to the family values that built our business.”
The new franchise initiative will focus on partnering with owners who value community connection, quality dining and the family-centered atmosphere that has defined Alessio’s for nearly 30 years.
