Husband and wife team helps create savory celebrations, meetings and events with the brand’s customizable boards and boxes
Graze Craze®, a company that takes charcuterie dining to the next level with beautifully crafted boards and boxes, has opened a new location at 9810-C Medlock Bridge Road, in the Shops at Warsaw in Johns Creek.
The new 800-square-foot store is owned by Trisha Ashby, a former corporate executive professional and classically trained chef. Ashby is combining her and her husband Ethan’s love of food, festive gatherings and creating connections, to help the family-friendly community of Johns Creek “celebrate everything” while sharing beautifully constructed and delicious food.
Graze Craze is a fast-growing group of charcuterie stores where expert teams of Grazologists™ curate charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients — premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each food display features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures for the ultimate grazing experience.

The Graze Craze Johns Creek menu includes signature favorites:
- Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies and more — the best way to sample a little of everything.
- Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
- Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies and indulgent dips.
Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from date night or small gathering to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome, and every board is made fresh to order and available for in-store pickup and local delivery.
