Coming this fall, these luxury multifamily residences are seamlessly integrated with the 43-acre mixed-use community

Toro Development Company (TDC) announced last week that pre-leasing is now underway for Prelude at Medley, the first phase of luxury multifamily residences to be developed at the Johns Creek mixed-use community.

This marks an important milestone as Medley prepares for its grand opening on October 29. First move-ins will begin as early as November 1.

About the apartment homes

Prelude at Medley offers a collection of one- and two-bedroom floor plans that are directly connected to the mixed-use destination’s many ground-floor retail and restaurants, pedestrian-friendly streets and common areas. Residents will also have access to resort-style amenities, including a plunge pool and deck, state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse with work zones, micro-offices and lounge areas, dedicated pet spa, coffee bar and more.

It’s worth noting that Medley will feature high-speed, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi throughout the property.

“Prelude brings the energy and built-in ‘feet on the street’ that mixed-use destinations need to thrive,” said Mark Toro, founder and chief vision officer for TDC.

“Those who choose to live here recognize the luxuries and conveniences of a turnkey, resort-inspired lifestyle with best-in-class retail, office and amenities at their doorstep. Having a critical mass of people living on property allows us to create an exceptional Main Street experience at Medley and deliver a meaningful Third Place for the community.”

Additional details

All Prelude residences will feature smart home technology, vinyl plank flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling hardwood cabinetry, quartz countertops, French door refrigerators and in-unit washers and dryers. Prelude is managed by Gallery Residential.

“Prelude gives residents a rhythm to their day that most apartment communities can’t offer,” said Tracy Bowers, managing partner for Gallery Residential. “Whether it’s working from the clubhouse in the morning, walking their dog to The Plaza during lunch or grabbing dinner at one of Medley’s restaurants, everything a resident needs is within a few steps of home.”
