As the October opening of Medley draws closer, the company behind the impressive 43-acre mixed-use development is sharing a few teasers for the planned celebrations that will mark the occasion.

Toro Development Company (TDC) has announced three days of events and Medley experiences designed to celebrate the opening, draw people in and bring the community together.

Medley Unveiled

On October 28 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Medley will host an exclusive, ticketed event giving the community a first look “through culinary experiences, live entertainment and an early-access tour.” Proceeds from the event will benefit the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra.

Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting

The next day, October 29, brings all of the months of planning, developing and building to fruition. Starting at 10 a.m., the big Grand Opening celebration will include a ceremonial ribbon cutting, activities on the Plaza and special surprises throughout the day.

Party on the Plaza

The fun will continue on October 30 as Johns Creek’s newest “third place” becomes party central with a family-friendly, Friday night Halloween celebration on the Plaza. The community is invited to come out for an evening of “live music, festive fun and interactive activations” from 6 to 10 p.m.

More details to come

More details about Medley’s opening experiences and other updates will be shared as they become available. For now, save the dates and plan to be there — and part of the fun — when this much-anticipated community hub makes its October debut.
